The role also supports the Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Additionally, the position requires communicating and supporting membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, processing memberships, encouraging renewals, and participating in sales and marketing events. The associate will oversee the assigned area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness in the parking lot. The role also involves completing accounting records, following office procedures, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. The associate will develop and implement processes to meet business needs, demonstrate compliance with company policies, and lead and participate in teams to achieve business goals.
