About The Position

The position involves assisting management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility. This includes assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. The role also supports the Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Additionally, the position requires communicating and supporting membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, and encouraging membership renewals. The associate will oversee the assigned area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness in the parking lot. The role also involves completing accounting records, following office procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
  • 6 months customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
