About The Position

The role of Member Support Team Lead is integral in creating and providing exceptional service to our Members. This position requires an individual who is not only pleasant, friendly, and outgoing but also enthusiastic about creating meaningful relationships with our Team, Members and guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their membership.
