About The Position

PATH Recreation & Fitness Center is looking for a Member Support Specialist to join our team! This position requires weekend availability. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Welcome & Assist – Be the friendly face that greets members and guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Membership Support – Handle inquiries, process payments, and manage reservations with efficiency and professionalism. Engage & Inform – Provide helpful information about classes, activities, and special events in person, over the phone, and via email. Give Facility Tours – Help potential members feel at home by guiding them through our center and enrolling new members. Maintain a Pristine Environment – Keep the facility organized, restock supplies, and assist in keeping spaces clean and inviting. Emergency Response – Serve as a first responder in medical or building emergencies, following established safety protocols. Support Team Success – Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • At least one year of customer service and cash-handling experience.
