About The Position
DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Member Services department of DMBA is hiring a part time Member Support Representative to assist our participants on the phone and in person with member related questions and transactions. The Member Services department administers various health and financial benefits to organizations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to all our valued customers including participants, providers, and employers.
