We’re looking for a Member Support Representative who is ready to bring empathy, problem‑solving, and professionalism to every conversation—whether it’s over the phone, in writing, or in person. As a key voice of our organization, you will: Resolve member and provider complaints, inquiries, and service issues with accuracy and care. Provide clear, helpful information to members, prospective members, providers, employer groups, attorneys, brokers, and other representatives. Support individuals with a wide range of topics, including: Health plan coverage Claims and referrals Eligibility questions Appointment access Medical center service concerns Physician selection Fee quotes and patient billing Communicate across multiple channels—phone, email, and written correspondence—while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
