About The Position

Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Support Center Rep for our Pocatello location. We're looking for a candidate that has a passion for helping others, is eager to get creative and has a positive attitude. Requirements

High School Graduate or GED
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional listening skills
Confidence to sell over the phone
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts
Must be bondable

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred-but not required

Responsibilities

Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests
Explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area
Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services to members
