About The Position

Requirements

  • No prior experience required—full training included

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with members
  • Conduct phone or virtual consultations
  • Explain benefit programs in a clear and easy-to-understand way
  • Assist members as they complete digital forms
  • Maintain accurate notes and handle follow-up communication
