About The Position

The Member Support Advocate is responsible for handling a variety of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner. He/she resolves member questions and problems regarding accounts, orders, payments, products, and services including electronic services. In addition he/she completes and maintains related reports, records, and files while cross-selling products and services and supports all functions within the Call Center. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and computer skills and be able to work well under pressure in a team environment. Bilingual preferred. This position is located in Dothan, AL. (Not a remote position) Entry rate starts between $22.27-$27.84 and may increase depending on experience.
