About The Position

Someone just made an investment in their health. They bought Unicity products, but theyre skeptical. Will this actually work? Your job is to make sure the answer is a resounding yes . Youre the first voice they hear after their purchase. Youre their concierge, their coach, their go-to person who makes them feel like they made the best decision of their life. You dont just answer questionsyou build relationships that turn skeptics into believers and believers into advocates.

Requirements

• Makes people feel heard and valued. Youre the kind of person strangers open up to. You listen, you connect, and people walk away feeling better than before they talked to you.
• Brings energy to the room. Youre not reading a scriptyoure naturally enthusiastic and its contagious. You make people excited about something they were skeptical about five minutes ago.
• Is a problem-solver, not a box-checker. When something isnt working, you dont shrug. You ask How could this be better? and you bring ideas to your manager.
• Communicates with confidenceon camera, on the phone, and in person. Youre polished but not stiff. Professional but warm.
• Is coachable and hungry to grow. This team is just getting started. The people who help build it will have first shot at leadership roles as we scale.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus and will strengthen your application, though its not a requirement for every open position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome New Members Like VIPs Reach out via phone calls and SMS to personally onboard new customers.
• Offer video calls to walk them through their products, answer every question, and make them feel completely supported.
• Be the Expert They Trust Know our metabolic health products inside and out.
• Keep Customers Coming Back Proactively reach out to resolve subscription issues, recover declined payments, and make sure no one misses a shipment.
• Spot opportunities to recommend products that genuinely improve their results.
• Represent Unicity in Person Host guests for office tours and represent the brand at local pop-up events in the Las Vegas area.
