Additionally, the position requires maintaining the self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and processing member purchases. The associate will assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining required documentation, and executing emergency response procedures. Training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures is also a key responsibility. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity is essential, as is completing work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers.
