Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or sales experience preferred.
Already a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months.
Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
Strong communication skills across in‑person, phone, chat, and email channels.
Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Comfort using various computer systems.
