Additionally, the position includes assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items. A key aspect of the role is securing and safeguarding company assets, maintaining documentation, and executing emergency response procedures. The Member Specialist also contributes to training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, and program rollouts, fostering continuous learning and process improvement. The role requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including using the Open Door Policy and applying Walmart values. It involves completing work assignments by collaborating with various partners, identifying priorities, and adapting to feedback, while also embracing diversity, building strong relationships, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and a customer-first approach.
