About The Position

This is an exciting entry level position within the AAA branch network, ideal for service-driven professionals who thrive in a teamwork environment and enjoy interacting with AAA members. The role involves providing support for insurance and membership services. New hires will receive comprehensive training on AAA products and services to confidently assist members and achieve individual and team cross-selling goals. Requirements

  • Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to travel locally when necessary
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
  • Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
  • Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
  • Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
  • Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
