Additionally, the position includes assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items. A significant aspect of the role is assisting with the training of Member Frontline Services associates, teaching new technology, delivering new program rollout training, and fostering continuous learning. The specialist ensures compliance with company security and safety practices, maintains documentation, and executes emergency response procedures.
