Responsibilities

• Ensure area of responsibility is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
• Provide member service by maintaining exit areas and reviewing member receipts.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services, providing guidance on self-service technology.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity.
• Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and new technology.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers.
