Responsibilities

• Maintain area of responsibility according to company policies and procedures.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Manage self-checkout area and resolve member issues.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Assist with securing and safeguarding company assets by observing potential criminal activity.
• Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and new technology.
• Implement company policies and standards of ethics and integrity in business practices.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers.
