About The Position

The Member Solutions Representative (Temporary) supports the credit union by assisting with basic collections and payment‑related activities. This role focuses on handling inbound calls, processing payments and mail, and completing light clerical tasks while following established procedures and providing professional service. The position’s essential duties include the following:

  • Up to six months of similar or related experience is preferred.

  • Understanding of basic collection practices or relevant regulations
  • Commitment to integrity, service, and member advocacy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a credit union, bank, or financial services environment is helpful.
  • Customer service or call center experience is also valuable.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process member and debtor payments accurately and timely
  • Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process and distribute incoming mail related to accounts and payments
  • Collect payments from debtors in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Provide support with other light clerical and administrative duties as needed
