We are seeking a Member Solutions and Loss Mitigation Manager for the Central Region Member Solutions Department. The Member Solutions and Loss Mitigation Manager is accountable to ensure that collection and loss mitigation efforts include root cause analysis of the delinquent loan(s) and, as appropriate and/or required and that assistance via loss mitigation tools are offered. The role is accountable for ensuring that the most expedient and cost-effective resolution is achieved relative to accounts in legal/bankruptcy/foreclosure/reo status. The Member Solutions and Loss Mitigation Manager is accountable for developing effective procedures that support policy, quality standard, and regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with the approved policies and procedures for the Member Solutions and loss mitigation department.
