Consistent with the credit union mission of building connections and providing our members the right financial services to live life, dream big and achieve financial success, the Member Solution Advocate will: Support the administration and operation of Credit Solutions policies and programs that support and further the strategic goals and objectives of the Credit Union. Work collaboratively to maintain efficient, professional procedures to achieve the daily workflow, in compliance with all regulations and standards. The Member Solution Specialist's role is to reduce delinquencies/charge off to the lowest possible percentage of outstanding loans. The Member Solution Specialist must ensure that all assigned delinquent accounts are reviewed and contacted as outlined by the collection schedule to minimize the financial risk to the credit union. All work is subject to review and/or audit on a no-notice basis by the Supervisor, Management, Senior Management and/or Internal/External Auditors.
