About The Position

Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for friendly, service focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our Member Solutions Center based in Rockland. If you enjoy providing stellar service while working in a busy environment, this could be the position for you!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Be able to provide superior service by collaborating as a team and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external members, while embracing the fundamental values of RFCU's organizational culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking or experience in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls within specified service levels, providing members with efficient and professional service.
  • Maintain a full understanding of Credit Union products and services.
  • Accurately process routine transactions and file maintenance while tracking member interactions.
  • Proactively problem-solving with the scope of responsibility.
  • Cross-selling additional products.
