About The Position

Lead and develop our Member Service Team to deliver an exceptional experience for Members and prospective Members. In this leadership role, you’ll coach, support and empower the team to provide professional, efficient and Member centric service while meeting operational performance goals.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong relationship building skills with a focus on Member centric outcomes
  • Ability to coach, motivate and guide others with clear expectations and goals
  • Adaptability to changing business and operational priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service leadership role (essential)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable)
  • Experience in a high volume environment using multiple systems (desirable)
  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (preferred)
  • Relevant qualifications in Leadership or Frontline Management (highly desirable)
