As a Member Services Student Attendant (Part-Time Staff) with Duke Recreation & Physical Education, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our diverse Duke community by delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for every member and guest. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Director of Memberships and the recreation facilities team, serving as a trusted, knowledgeable point of contact for membership services across Duke’s recreation centers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, connecting with people, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duke Recreation & Physical Education is committed to fostering health, wellness, and belonging across campus. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and campus engagement while contributing to a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members.
