SUMMARY: Successful Member Service Specialists serve in a universal specialist role, and provide an exceptional member experience by handling every client need from sales to service. The incumbent will possess a deep knowledge of teller, ATM, online, and mobile banking services; the ability to open new accounts, certificates, and IRAs, while maintaining expert knowledge on all credit union products to effectively present solutions to our members. Qualified candidates will be reliable, adaptable, sales and service oriented individuals who are adept at teamwork and able to use good judgment to satisfy members’ financial needs.
