The Member Services Specialist is responsible for knowing eligibility requirements for programs available to pay for services or otherwise benefit ODCHC patients. The Member Services Specialist assists patients/members with the application, enrollment, and redetermination process for all available programs. The Member Services Specialist collaborates with front office, medical support, and health outreach staff to identify ODCHC patients for program enrollment and other assistance as appropriate, as well as coordinates with other community agencies as applicable to conduct eligibility and enrollment related community outreach.
