This role translates leadership strategy into measurable revenue by driving conversion rates, increasing average order value (AOV), and achieving sales targets across subscription-based protection programs (Roadside Assistance, TravelAssist, Tire & Wheel) and loyalty offerings. Success in this role requires hands-on sales coaching, strong performance management, and the ability to build a high-energy, accountable team culture. The ideal candidate is a highly tactical, action-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving results in a metrics-driven, inbound sales contact center environment. They are an exceptional coach who thrives on the sales floor, capable of diagnosing performance gaps – particularly in the "service-to-sales" motion – and implementing targeted developmental plans. This individual leads from the front, setting a high bar for performance and holding the team accountable for achieving KPIs.
