About The Position

We are hiring for a Front Desk position with morning shifts from Monday to Friday, starting at 4am and ending at 9 or 10am. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our members and guests, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional. The Front Desk staff will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the club and enhance the overall member experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Computer Skills

Responsibilities

  • Membership Sales
  • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
  • Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
  • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Maintain professional disposition at all times
  • Sell retail products
  • Schedule member services: tanning, etc
  • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
  • Know club facility, services, and schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
  • Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings
