About The Position

The position involves working in a club environment where the primary focus is on providing excellent customer service to members and guests. The role requires greeting all members and guests with a smile, checking them in according to company procedures, and facilitating communication through club software. The employee will also be responsible for answering phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicating special events, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include selling retail products, scheduling member services, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. The employee will assist in various projects as delegated by club management and must adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Computer Skills

Responsibilities

  • Membership Sales
  • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
  • Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
  • Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Maintain professional disposition at all times
  • Sell retail products
  • Schedule member services: tanning, etc
  • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
  • Know club facility, services, and schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
  • Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings
  • Employee Training Meetings
