Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales as your top priority through engaging conversations and solution-based selling
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to connect them with the right membership or service package
  • Promote and upsell retail products, training add-ons, and special offers to maximize value for members
  • Convert phone inquiries into in-club visits and turn visits into new memberships
  • Consistently hit and exceed personal and team sales targets—and celebrate the wins
  • Process bookings and payments quickly and accurately while keeping the front desk professional and welcoming
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
  • Support management with sales initiatives, promotions, and daily operations
