About The Position

A top Healthcare Provider in the Pacific Northwest is hiring Member Service Representatives representatives to support their team in the Renton and Spokane areas. These positions are fully remote but candidates must live locally to the main Renton and Spokane areas for equipment. Description Resolve complaints and inquires and provide information to members, prospective members, providers, other insurance carriers, agents and brokers, attorneys, employer groups and other member or provider representatives in writing, in person and over the telephone. Issues may be health plan related (e.g. medical coverage, claims, referrals, eligibility) or delivery system issues (e.g., appointment access, medical center service complaints, physician selection, fee quotes, patient billing issues)

Requirements

1 year of high volume call center experience and having worked from home before
Call center experience ideally be within a regulated industry such as Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Credit, Etc.

Nice To Haves

Call center experience in a health care or insurance environment preferred
