About The Position
West Florida Electric Cooperative has an immediate opening for a Member Services Representative in the Graceville office. This position is responsible for providing excellent service to the member-owners of the Cooperative by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting daily office operations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Communication in person, on the telephone, and electronically
- Providing accurate information regarding services, billing, and policies
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate consumer records
- Resolving member concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Updating accounts and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
