About The Position

At Honeydew, we're redefining how Americans access dermatology care — tackling huge barriers in access and cost with a model that makes getting evidence-backed treatment easy, affordable, and genuinely effective. The market is enormous, and we’ve only just begun to scratch the surface. We’re growing our Member Services team to ensure every patient receives compassionate, responsive, and high-quality support throughout their care journey. Our Member Service Representatives answer calls from patients, labs, and pharmacies, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and scheduling appointments. They also assist patients via live chat on Honeydew’s website, providing information and addressing concerns about treatments, appointments, and general inquiries. This is a part-time evening role (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM ET). Applicants across the U.S. will be considered, with priority given to candidates available to reliably work Eastern Time hours. Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Reliable availability for Monday–Friday, 3:00–8:00 PM ET

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from patients, labs, and pharmacies
  • Respond to live chat inquiries through Honeydew’s website
  • Schedule appointments and route inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Provide clear, accurate information about treatments, prescriptions, lab work, and general processes
  • Troubleshoot patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in our CRM system
  • Deliver a compassionate, professional experience in every interaction
