About The Position

We are seeking a Member Services Representative / Loan Assistant to join a growing, member-focused financial institution. In this role, you will assist members with a variety of financial products and services, while providing administrative support to the loan processing team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with DNA/Fiserv systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain member accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts.
• Assist members with financial products, services, and legal accounts.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, and check orders.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department.
• Prepare and send loan packages, maintain filing systems, and update interest rate sheets.
• Communicate effectively with members and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
