We’re hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Services Representative who believes great service can strengthen a community. This role is teller-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, creating welcoming experiences, and wants an opportunity to grow into broader financial service responsibilities. At North Coast Credit Union, our Member Services Representatives are often the first face members see. From our Mount Vernon branch, you’ll help deliver trusted, human-centered service while supporting the credit union’s mission of improving financial well-being. In this role, you will: Welcome members and provide accurate teller services, including cash handling and transaction processing Balance and safeguard your cash drawer with strong attention to detail Resolve account questions with empathy and professionalism Educate members on services that support their financial goals Open accounts and assist with lending as you grow in the role Maintain accurate records and protect member information We’re looking for someone who values connection, communicates with care, and takes pride in serving a diverse community.
