About The Position
Member Service Representatives will be calling our members to schedule them in a clinic or on our dental vans. We’re looking for someone who can make an impressive first impression and who can build ongoing rapport with each and every patient. Requirements
- Must be resilient and target oriented
- Previous Call Center experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate a must
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities
- Persuading members to schedule appointment with supplied script
- Verifying insurance
- Scheduling transportation
- Setting up interpreters
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
