Requirements

• College degree preferred, or equivalent industry-related experience
• Virginia (non-resident) Property and Casualty Insurance Agent’s Licenses in good standing preferred, or willingness to obtain license within 90 days of employment
• Strong computer, interpersonal, and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in determining their coverage needs
• Manage and maintain client accounts
• Handle policies and process adjustments as necessary
