Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working at a franchised gym is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with selecting the right membership for their specific fitness goals.
• Support members through exceptional customer service & account management.
• Advise potential members on the right membership type for them & help them get started at Crunch.
• Ensure that all members have access to a highly trained and professional fitness staff through the CrunchOne KickOff.
• Be a subject matter expert on all things Crunch for proper policy advisement.
• Help members navigate baseline billing/membership questions & keep all member information up to date/current.
• Strategize ways to engage & serve the member base by driving awareness around the different services that we offer.
• Maintain club cleanliness through consistent efforts directed at general tidiness, maintenance & upkeep.
