Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Prior customer service experience, to effectively address member inquiries.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is important for daily tasks, alongside proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch to ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Regular attendance is crucial to maintain a consistent presence for our members and contribute to a reliable banking environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Cash handling experience is preferred, as you will manage financial transactions with precision.
