About The Position

This role is a floating position, meaning you will be based out of our South Branch location but will also support additional branches, including our Faribault and Northfield locations, based on staffing needs. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to commute to other branches on short notice. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for numbers and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with our valued members, help them process their financial transactions, and guide them through our services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications-including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch
  • Regular attendance
  • Reliable transportation
  • A valid driver's license
  • Willingness and ability to commute to other branch locations on short notice
