About The Position

The Member Services Representative - Opener 4:30AM - 12:30PM will be responsible for creating a positive, start the day member experience through customer service excellence directed toward valued members, prospects, and guests. This role involves greeting members and guests, handling front desk activities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Requirements

• Customer service and/or fitness experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for people, fitness, and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is mandatory.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Exceeds member expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
• Use appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including daily open and brand excellence.
• Answer phones with candor and cordiality.
• Assist with a variety of questions.
• Warmly greet and direct new and existing members, guests, and prospects.
• Engage in new member enrollment and tours.
• Maintain member accounts and assist with account maintenance.
• Increase knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to answer questions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Alert Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.
• Assure club cleanliness and order.
