As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of financial transactions, including opening new memberships, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries, while also identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and meet their financial needs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills while maintaining a friendly, professional, and coachable presence within a collaborative team environment.
  • Acquire and grow membership through proactive sales and service that support members’ financial well‑being, consistently meeting expectations for product penetration and monthly performance results.
  • Perform high‑quality member service across all channels by applying product and procedural expertise to resolve issues, strengthen loyalty, and ensure an exceptional member experience.
  • Manage operational and compliance risk by adhering to Advancial policies, supporting efficient daily branch operations, and maintaining accuracy in all account and transaction records.
  • Maintain proficiency with required systems and software, prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment, and ensure reliable operational coverage by working a minimum of two Saturday shifts per month and assisting with branch opening and closing as needed.
  • Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization by fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners.
