Job title - Member Services Manager Reports to - Vice President of Operations FLSA status - Full-time Exempt Last Updated - 1/2/2026 Salary Range: $81,000.00 to $86,000.00 Benefits: Health insurance, dental and vision (100% employer paid) are provided starting the 1st day of the month following hire. Employer matching 401K retirement plan, Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays provided. Job purpose The Member Services Manager plans, directs, and coordinates BIAW’s three annual state Board of Director Meetings, the bi-annual Building Leaders’ Summit, and various other association events. In addition, the position provides and facilitates supportive services between members, the board of directors, the National Association of Home Builders, and BIAW’s 14 local associations.
