Member Services Coordinator, Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday)
About The Position
Hey there! Are you passionate about creating amazing member experiences? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Member Services Coordinator, Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday) to join our team and make a lasting impact at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire our Member Services team, oversee the Welcome Center operations, and help members connect with everything the YMCA has to offer. You’ll also collaborate with your team to keep our programs running smoothly, ensure top-notch customer service, and support our mission of building a stronger community.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and supervisory skills, plus the ability to juggle tasks with a smile.
- Certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED and Adult Mental Health First Aid (don’t worry, we’ll help you get these within the first 6 months!).
Nice To Haves
- Customer service and YMCA membership experience are preferred.
