MarketWise is seeking Member Services Associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships with our subscribers. This role blends customer care with a consultative approach, helping members get the most value from their services while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. Our associates are problem-solvers and trusted guides—confident in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing thoughtful recommendations when appropriate. You’ll manage phone and email queues, assist with account and billing questions, and help customers navigate our platforms. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen loyalty and showcase the value of our offerings. This hybrid role is based at our Baltimore headquarters, with on-site collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on both Mondays and Fridays.
