About The Position

Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment and we are looking for a Member Services Associate to join our team at the Duke Center For Living (DCFL)! In this role, you will be assisting and supporting the daily operations of the Member Services front desk. You will play an important role in providing excellent service to members, residents and guests (appointment scheduling, payment and merchandise sales, general inquires & administrative duties, initiates and completes membership sales & creating agreements). The Member Services Associate also supports the work of the Member Services Manager and assists with emergency services as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred
Two years customer service experience
CPR/AED certified within three months of hire.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computer skills; cash handling skills; ability to perform multiple tasks at same time.

Responsibilities

Greeting members and addressing member inquiries both in person and via telephone with a welcoming tone.
Scheduling appointments and enrolling participants in programs.
Touring prospective members; processing new and creating contracts
Processing point of sale transactions
Assisting with marketing efforts and member retention.
Attend department related meetings.
All other duties assigned include, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident and Member Experience.
