Member Services Associate - Redmond Ridge ROA (Redmond, WA) Our beautiful Redmond Ridge ROA community in the heart of Redmond Washington is seeking a full-time Member Services Associate. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, admin and/or reception experience required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling various interruptions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen focus on resident experience.
  • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area and office environment.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently, directing inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues promptly.
  • Respond to emails and other communications from homeowners, board members, and team members in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team, including preparing and mailing/emailing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments, and assisting with various office projects.
  • Oversee and support community center facility rental program, interfacing with prospective renters to provide tours, rental information, and manage facility rentals throughout the event rental life cycle.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members, addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records, processing routine requests, and contributing to a smooth, resident-focused environment.
