Requirements

  • You know your way around a computer and thrive on getting things done.
  • You can switch between multiple applications to complete a task and quickly jump to the next.
  • You work with pride and determination.
  • Thinking critically and creatively to solve problems is a breeze, likely because you may have previously worked in a hotel, restaurant, school or retail store.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
  • Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy

  • This role begins with a $50,000 starting salary. After onboarding, you are immediately eligible for overtime and the monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus that has no cap on the number of winners! You will also be regularly considered for salary increases every six months with continued overtime opportunities.
