About The Position
The Member Services Associate at Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the Monon Community Center and Waterpark. This part-time role involves managing guest facility entry, processing day pass sales, and handling membership-related transactions. The associate will also assist with recreation program registrations and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
