About The Position
The Member Services Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that all users and guests of the Lift Wellness Center receive exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing access to the facility, handling point of sale transactions, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about the center's programs and services. The associate is also involved in various operational duties to maintain the facility's standards and assist with member retention efforts.
