As a Member Services Associate at PURE Insurance, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and brokers. This part-time position, based in Scottsdale, AZ, offers a hybrid work environment where you will work in-office 2-3 days a week and remotely for 1-2 days. The role requires a commitment of 20-30 hours per week, with specific shift times varying based on your location. In Charleston, shifts are from 10am to 3pm or 10am to 4pm, while in Scottsdale, shifts are from 9am to 2pm or 9am to 3pm. Your schedule will include Mondays each week and up to two Saturdays per month. During the initial seven weeks of training, you will be expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours before transitioning to your agreed part-time schedule. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our members and brokers, handling inquiries related to billing, policy changes, and renewals. Your ability to empathize and connect with our members will be essential in delivering a concierge-level service. You will be expected to respond quickly to inquiries primarily via phone and occasionally through email, ensuring that our members have a seamless experience when working with us.
